Leaf Suncatchers

As the leaves change colors in the fall it’s nothing short of magical! It’s also a great time to head outside, play in the leaves and practice colors with toddlers.

We took our sweet grand baby out to play and collected leaves of various shapes and colors.

We gathered leaves, wax paper, a cloth napkin and an iron for this project.

I tore a long sheet from the wax paper and folded it in half. We placed our leaves inside. Fold the top over it and make sure it’s all enclosed.

Cover with a cloth napkin or towel then press with a hot iron.

Remove the towel, flip over, cover and press back side as well.

Hang in the window to preserve the beautiful colors of fall.

Cheers- Kristen
