Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Biscuits

Whipped up some more dog treats for the pups today. This time I used peanut butter and pumpkin which are 2 things that they love!!!

I actually TRIPLED the recipe because I opened a can of pumpkin which was 15 ounces. I decided to triple it rather than waste any of the pumpkin. I don’t know about you but I’ve had a hard time finding pumpkin during Covid.

RECIPE – 2/3 cup pumpkin, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 eggs, 3 cups of flour, 1/4 cup chicken stock

I used my rolling pin to roll out one of the dough balls.

I chose a small dog bone cookie cutter size to cut the dough. I give out LOTS of bones throughout the day so these are a good “treat” size.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

If you don’t have dog bone cookie cutters here is my affiliate link for 2 Piece Dog Bone Cookie Cutter Set https://amzn.to/2NC5cg8

I actually made the dough and was waiting for my Amazon delivery driver between 1-3 to cut and bake them.

These cuties waited patiently by the island while I mixed, cut and baked. They LOVED them and I have already 2 batches of dough mixed and ready to bake.

Cheers- Kristen
